Peter Baughen
Peter Baughen gained an HND (Distinction) at Seale-Hayne and after several years’ experience on mixed farms in Hampshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire joined Savills’ farm management department in 1985. A director of Gasson Associates, Peter is involved in the management of farms throughout central and southern England.
Emma Watson
Emma Watson has provided farm management and consultancy advice for the last 22 years as part of the Gasson Associates team. Emma’s role ranges from advising on the management of arable and livestock units, to setting up direct selling enterprises and even creating large scale Environmental Stewardship Agreements. She also farms with her husband, where they put into practice her belief in sustainable farming and conservation agriculture.
Lucy Tuluhungwa
Lucy joined Gasson Associates in 2014 and works with a broad client base to provide full farm and estate management.
Prior to joining Gasson Associates Lucy’s career included work at a global level covering raw material procurement, soft commodity trading and project management at Diageo and Cadbury Schweppes.
Lucy grew up on her family farm in Northumberland and is a graduate of Newcastle University with a degree in Agriculture and Agronomy.
Emma Cox
Emma Cox joined Gasson Associates in 2018 having graduated from the Royal Agricultural University with a degree in Agriculture. Emma specialises in Agri-Environment scheme grants and farm management.
Emma has completed the John Edgar Trust Farm Management course and remains part of the organising committee. Emma is also a member of BIAC and is working towards achieving her fellowship from the CAAV. Emma retains close links to practical farming with her family farm near Oxford.
Ben Adams
Ben Adams joined Gasson Associates in January 2023 and is FACTS and BASIS qualified. Ben attended Harper Adams University where he gained a degree in Agriculture with Farm Business Management. He is a member of BASE UK and is currently studying for his CAAV accreditation. Ben also works on his mixed family farm where he has set up a local farm cluster group. Ben specialises in the Sustainable Farming Incentive scheme and implementing regenerative agriculture techniques into farming systems.
Jo Dewhirst
Jo gained an HND (Distinction) in Business & Finance at Sparsholt College.
Having been brought up on the family farm in Surrey, she then worked for Savills in Salisbury before moving to Hereford and working with Balfours. For three years, Jo managed an estate on Exmoor before moving back to Hereford to set-up and run a commercial shoot.
Jo is now based at our Ludlow office.
Annabel Tollemache
Annabel joined Gasson Associates as a graduate consultant in July 2024. A graduate of the Oxford Business School and more recently a graduate of the Royal Agricultural University having gained a degree in Rural Land Management.
Annabel is from a farming family in Leicestershire.
